There are 5 items needed when flat-towing your Mini. You will need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, lighting for the towed vehicle, and a supplemental brake system.
If your Mini is not the John Cooper model the base plates I recommend are part # BX1307.
The tow bar I recommend is the Blue Ox Alpha, part # BX7380. The safety cables are included with the tow bar.
For tow bar wiring I recommend part # BX8869. To connect the wiring to the motorhome we offer a couple options. You can check out part # BX8861 that has 4-way round connectors, or part # BX8862 for 6-way round connectors.
For a supplemental brake system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot, # BLU37TR.
To make sure you are towing your vehicle level I have attached a link to a helpful article that explains how to choose the correct high low adapter.
You will want to check your owner's manual for any restrictions regarding flat-towing your Mini.
