I went out and measured the distance between where the legs of the tow bar attach on the Roadmaster Base Plate to Tow Ready Tow Bar Adapter, # RM-025, and the on center measurement is 31 inches.

The distance between the mounting bolt holes that attach to the vehicle base plates is 28-1/2 inches on center.

If you are looking for the overall length it is approximately 34 inches.
