Looking for a a bumper mounted cargo rack. All i can find is a hitch mounted. I need something will will bolt on both sides on the bumper of my camper

If you have a 4 inch continuously welded bumper the Curt RV hitch part # E-100 would be a great place to start and then you could use a hitch cargo carrier.
The Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier part # CC-100 is approved for use behind an RV like what you have.
For a hitch lock that also takes out the movement of the carrier in the hitch you then would want the part # 63232.
