The rampage light strip with stop,tail, turn is it a triple light and does come 48inch

I am not sure what you mean by "triple light" but the Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar part # RA960134 has stop, turn, and tail light indicators. It attaches to the vehicle using a 3M automotive-grade adhesive tape and plugs into a 4-way trailer connector.
If you need a 4-way trailer connector to plug the light strip into, then you can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118540 for this purpose. The Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar does not come in a 48" length but it does however come in a 49" length using part # RA960137.
