I bought a brush guard off Craigslist for my 2002 gmc sierra 1500 sle before we bought it we held it up to check the dimensions and the fit of it to my truck, however it did not have the mounting hardware and Im lost on what hardware to get. I can take the guard in to a shop and have it modified if need be but what mounting package would you r ecco mens to do so?

The grille guard in your picture looks a lot like Westin grille guard # 40-0335 which his a fit for your 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 light duty. The mounting brackets and hardware it uses are # 40-033PK so that is your best option.
