Phillips is the parent company of Ventline, which is a major RV vent supplier. We do carry replacement fan blades in several designs that you can see on the linked page. None of these are branded as a Phillips product but if you can match up the size and appearance of your fan blade to one of these replacements then you can rest assured of compatibility.

The fan blade for a 2094 vent is part # BVD0215-00. This is 6-inches in overall diameter, has a 1-3/4-inch hub and a 3/32-inch center bore.

How do I remove the fan off the motor shaft on my RV Phillips model C1085 Ventline? Thank you!

You'll first need to remove the vent screen, which can be done by taking off the interior trim and knob/crank. Once removed - you will be able to take off the screen by removing the screws that hold it in place. You might need to use some WD-40 to loosen the piece up if it's been on there for a while.

The replacement fan blade, #BVD0215-00, does just push onto the shaft of the motor. It is a tight fit so it does not need any additional fasteners. There are some grooves in the shaft, see picture, that allow it to grip the fan.
