looking for the gear bolt that holds the big gear up on the lippert coach steps serial no on steps1121213 lcl model 216945 tried calllig couldnt get threw.

I believe you are looking for the Replacement Double Ball Joint for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC388220. This connects the gear plate # LC301696 to the actuating arm so your step can properly extend and retract. Hardware is included with this product.
