Each manufacturer uses a uniquely threaded bolt for its bike racks when they have any built-in anti-rattle features.
In this case, you would need to use the Thule Snug-Tite, part # THSTL2 instead of the Anti-Rattle lock, part # 63232. The Thule Snug-Tite will correctly fit the hitch pin hole of the Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR and secure it to your hitch.
