Can you help me out by letting me know if Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4inch Item # 24949 will fit on my 2013 VW Jetta TDI?

2017 - 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack
2017 - 2017 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen
2015 - 2016 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen TDI models
2015 - 2016 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen TSI Gasoline models
We do not currently (October 2023) have a hitch to fit the TDI models of the 2013 Jetta, only the SportWagen models.
If you let me know what you are wanting to use the hitch receiver for I can make some more recommendations for a trunk-mounted bike rack or a roof rack to meet your needs.
