Availability of Replacement Quick Release Bracket of Thule Adventurer Cargo Box

Question:
I have a 2011 Rav 4 with factory installed cross bars. I believe I have all the parts that came with the Adventurer when we bought it. What I do not have is the quick release bottom component pictured in your online kit - TH04997. Do I need that part?

We have just the bracket of the part # TH04997 that you mentioned. For that you would want the part # TH04973.
