Yes, the two Optronics lights you referenced, # MCL65ARB and # MC65ARB, are LED and standard incandescent versions of the same Thin Line fender clearance light. Both install with 3-inch mounting hole spacing and both measure 3-15/16 L x 1-1/4 W x 7/8 D.
LED lights offer the advantages of needing less power, not requiring routine bulb replacement and generating less waste heat. They also do not tend to change color (becoming yellow over time) the way incandescent bulbs do.
