Where do you attach the black screw end to the rack? The only 2 holes I see are not deep enough for it.

The hole that your install the screw into from the Replacement Pull Pin for Yakima HoldUp Plus 2 # Y8880153 is on the front driver side end (side closest to the vehicle) of the Plus 2 # Y02446 part of the HoldUp # Y02443. I confirmed the location with my contact at Yakima.
i have also attached a picture that shows the location that I am talking about.
