I spoke with my contact in Tech Support at Curt Manufacturing, who tells me that they have not tested this hitch on an E-450 Chassis yet. He said that the hitch will fit if the holes closest to the front of the vehicle measure 39.5 inches apart center-to-center, and the rear most holes measure 38.43 apart center-to-center.
The Draw-Tite front mounted receiver, part # 65053 is an confirmed fit for your 2010 E-450 cab and chassis.
For reference, I will provide links to the installation instructions for both front mount receivers.
