The OEM puck system for Ford and Ram unfortunately are not compatible with each other. This is the same case for both gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch options.
For example, the Reese Gooseneck Kit # RP30137 is a confirmed fit for a 2016 Ford F-250 with the factory rail kit, but for a 2016 Ram 2500 with the factory rail kit you will instead need the Reese Gooseneck Kit # RP30140.
