How Much Clearance is Needed Between Gooseneck Trailer Overhang and Bed Rails

Question:
I have a 50 ft boat trailer on a gooseneck it sits to tall and the trailer is in a bad ride height. With the length I dont know how much height I need to keep from tearing up bed when in bad angles of roads or boat ramps

You want at least 6 inches between the overhang of your gooseneck trailer and the bed rails of your truck.
Thanks for sending in a picture of your tow setup. You definitely need to get the nose of the trailer down so that it can be level.
