Per your diagram on this product Code F008574 am I correct in that the distance of 30 1/4 in. is the distance between holes for the mounting bracket? Thanks

The fender part # F008574 that you referenced doesn't have mounting holes but instead has a mounting slot that's 30-1/4 inches apart from inside to inside. The slot is then 4-1/8 inches wide.
