Since there can be many different wheel/hub sizes for campers, I cannot tell you what size you have on the 2015 Lance camper.
In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you can check out the attached chart. The torque spec is listed based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
