I need to get a roof rack. My roof is naked and my bed has a full cover so I need to go with a hitch mount extender. The Darby DTA 944968924 looks as though it will work but do you have something that is heavier duty? Or do you feel with two SUP boards and maybe a small surfboard, although that does fit in the bed that I can use the Darby for an 800 mile highway ride?

If you want something heavy duty enough for an 800 mile road trip the Darby you mentioned would not be my first pick.
Instead for a confirmed fit for your 2016 Toyota Tundra the Rhino Rack Aero Bar Setup with Load Support # RRVA150S, # RRRLKVAH, # RTL002, and # DK079H would be the best option.
Then for load stops for the front crossbar you would want the part # S602. Then for a pair of cinch straps you'd want the part # RRRTD35P.
