Question:

We have the winch on our new grain bin to raise the truck spout. We just used it for the 1st time and cant get it to lower. The handle just wants to unscrew from the shaft

There is no longer a repair kit available for the Shelby 5351 brake hand winch.

A reliable option to replace it is Fulton 1500-lb winch # F143100 along with 25-foot cable # DL24100.
