Hub and Drum Assembly Recommendation

I have L44649 as outer bearing and L44610 as outer race. inner bearing is L68149. grease cap is 1.986. which hub and which brake drum will wok ? thanks.

For an idler hub I would recommend that you get a Trailer Hub Assembly, part # 84545BX. This hub has the same inner/outer bearings and seal size as your current hub so it would work well for you.
For a brake hub I would recommend that you get a Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly, part # 84557UC3.
Both these drum assemblies use the same bearing and seal size that came off of your old hub, so this will work on your spindle perfectly.
