What pilot diameter rim does this fit?

On the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly # CE13100 the base of the side that your wheel will fit measured about 2-3/4 inches as demonstrated in the attached picture. Keep in mind that this hub has a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern and the wheel with the maximum diameter that will fit it is 12 inches. This would work perfectly with a wheel like the Aluminum HWT Series S5 Trailer Wheel # AM22318HWT.
