Question:
Im looking for the gas shock system or something to take the bounce away while on rough hwy My trailer is under rated Axel from heartland at 3 6k and should have been 7k for pulling 20k trailer . I have already put 6 new g rated tires and sensors ,and had to completely align the back Axel as the tire was almost touching the centre Axel . cut cam keys to make it fit and re arch the Axel at truck align centre 4OO miles does plenty of damage to this type of trailer . was what heartland said ANYWAY ,, the axels are all straight now and after a trip to Arizona I need bushings and a shock system . All bushings are just cheap plastic and should never have been installed on a $100 K plus trailer . Can you help me out with my needs ??? Thanks

For your triple axle on your 4200 Cyclone toy hauler, I recommend the E-Z Flex Triple Axle Suspension Kit with 7-3/4" Equalizers # K71-657-00. This system includes the wet bolts, metal bushings, and shackle straps. This system is also available with 5-5/8 inch equalizers # K71-656-00.
Another great option to consider is the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers w/ Bronze Bushings - Double Eye Springs - Triple Axle - 5K to 8K # LC279689. These are very similar with the metal bushings, but does not include wet bolts and shackle straps. You can add the Never Fail Triple Axle Suspension Upgrade Hardware Kit for Double Eye Springs # LC281288 which includes the shackle straps and standard bolts.
A final option I recommend is the Lippert Components Trailair by Center Point Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade - Triple Axle # LC1565401. This system is the best of the best and has adjustable air suspension for the smoothest ride. This system has wet bolts, metal bushings, and air gauges.
