What is the diameter of the top mounting plate? What is the overall length and width, and hole spacing on the base plate?

The diameter of the top plate on the # JSC-30 is 9 inches. This top plate is also the mounting plate as the bottom is what touches the ground. The holes on this plate are 7-7/8 inches apart measured across.
