The Curt Class II Trailer Hitch, # C12122, is confirmed to fit all models of the 2017 Nissan Rouge. This Curt hitch will install to your vehicle without requiring the installer to drill holes in to the Rouge's frame.

This hitch has an 1-1/4 x 1-1/4 inch trailer receiver and can carry up to a maximum of 350 lbs of tongue weight.

If you are wanting a trailer hitch that will give you diverse options for both carrying hitch accessories and for towing, then I recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13024. This hitch includes a 2 x 2 inch receiver opening which will increases the variety of hitch accessories, like bike racks and cargo carriers, you will be able to carry on your Nissan Rouge.
