Question:
Have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Summit wanting a base plate and wiring. EZ-5? and RM-15267? I have a roadmaster sterling tow bar that was used on a Envoy I had hope it will serve.

I'm not familiar with a Cherokee Summit so I think you mean you have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. If I'm wrong about this let me know. But I'll give you parts for both.
Both Roadmaster EZ4 # RM-521440-4 and EZ5 # RM-521440-5 base plate kits that fit the Grand Cherokee will work with the Sterling tow bar. The same with the Cherokee except use EZ4 # RM-521447-4 or EZ5 # RM-521447-5. For either Jeep the Sterling tow bar safety cables will not work with the EZ5 kits. If you need safety cable use # RM-643.
The diode kit # RM-15267 is a great choice for the lighting. Actually it'll work whether you have the Grand Cherokee or the Cherokee. Both vehicles need a stop light switch as well. The Grand Cherokee uses # RM-751449 and the Cherokee uses # RM-751471.
For either Jeep I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 for a supplemental braking system. It's permanent install so you don't have to worry about deactivating or moving it when you're not towing. If the Jeep's tail lights don't illuminate when the ignition is off you'll also need a Brake Lite Relay # RM-88400. This keeps the Jeep's brake lights from overriding the RV's turn signals.
If you do have a Cherokee you'll need to check with a Chrysler dealership about an additional part that's only available from MOPAR, # 68321424AB.
Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.
In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.
