Do you have know of a bicycle hitch for a 2010 lexus es350 that does not require thimming the underbody or modifing the vehicle. thanks

At this time the only hitch we have available for the 2011 Lexus ES350, is the Curt Class II Receiver Hitch, item # 12343. Minor trimming of the underbody trim panel is required, but will not be visible once the hitch is installed unless viewed from the underside of the vehicle.
If you need a bike rack, I would recommend the Swagman XTC-2, item # S64670. This platform style rack makes loading and unloading the bikes simple and the ratcheting hooks make securing the bikes to the rack quick and easy.
