Do your Curt hitches come with the end cap plastic for the receiver tube? Or do I need to oder that piece?

The Curt trailer hitches we offer, such as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13143 that is confirmed to fit your 2013 Lexus RX 350, do not include a hitch cover.
We have a large selection of hitch covers available like the Curt Rubber Tube Cover # I-728 or # C22272 that are designed for 2 inch hitch receivers. I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of hitch covers for you to look through.
