Question:
I have a 2016 f250, short bed, diesel with the exhaust sensor on the passenger side. Before I dive into installing the air springs, Im trying to figure out where this bracket is supposed to be installed and exactly what we are suppose to relocate. Im assuming the wire harness that goes to the exhaust sensor thats mounted in the exhaust pipe. I see nothing on line with a picture or any type of instructions. Anything that you can tell me or show me would be greatly appreciated.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F2597 is confirmed to fit your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty Diesel with a short bed. As you mentioned, for your particular model truck, the relocation bracket # F5722 is required for installation. The exhaust sensor located on the passenger side of your F-250 is where the upper bracket for the Air Helper Springs Kit mounts. The relocation bracket allows you to still install the passenger side spring without interfering with the exhaust sensor.
I spoke with my contact at Firestone and he stated that they do not have a specific manual or written instruction sheet for this bracket. The bracket will basically mount to the same hole that the upper bracket on the Ride-Rite Spring Kit uses, using a 3/4 inch bolt. Once mounted, it will move the exhaust module up and out of the way.
