Maxxair Vent Cover Recommendation that Lets More Light In

Purchased a brand new passport travel trailer last year and asked the dealer to install the Maxxair covers on the factory vents. He thought the black would look good so we went with them. Problem is the amount of light getting in to the shower is almost none. I dont need the hardware and was wondering if I could buy just the standard cover in white or a translucent white. Thank you,

For a MaxxAir cover that would let more air in you would need the part # MA00-955003 which has a translucent smoke finish. We don't offer without the mounting hardware but realistically even if we did the price wouldn't be that much better since the mounting hardware is pretty minimal.

Hey Doug, for your Ventadome V3094 the vent cover you would want would be the MaxxAir part #MA00-933069 which is a universal style vent cover. We don't have anything that is custom fit for the Ventadome at this time.

You would need the standard MaxxAir Vent Cover part #MA00-933069 as a vent cover for the top of the Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome #V3092-603-00. This cove allows you to leave the vent open even if there's rain and not worry about water getting in.
