Can we use a this 15 amp extension cord to charge our battery at home with our 30 amp rv power cord

The different amp ratings for RV power cords have/require different plug types so the 15 amp # CAM55142 may not work with a 30 amp cord. I would have to see your power cord so if possible email me some pictures of it. With the right extension though it would provide power to the RV.
Ideally you would use a 30 amp power cord such as # CAM55191 to ensure compatibility. Another option is to use a separate AC powered battery charge with a regular extension cord (rated appropriately for the application) such as # CTEK56353 which will not only charge the battery but also help to recondition it.
