Roof Vent Recommendation for Ford Transit that has Manual Lid Lift

Jason recommended ventline v2119-601-00 because I have limited space in roof interior without losing too much headroom but would prefer a model with manual lift or crank instead of power. The exterior height, opened or closed isnt relevant. Also can rain covers fit over most vent domes so they could be opened in wet weather ? A unit that fits that criteria would be perfect. Thanks,

The part # V2092SP-28 is a manual lift roof vent that is similar to the # V2092SP-28 Jason recommended for you but has a manual lift and no fan.
If you did still want a power fan you would want the part # V2094SP-28.
If you had a rain cover installed on the vent you could leave it open.
