Question:
I need 3 new trailer tires for a boat used in saltwater. Size currently is ST205/75R14, with a load range of C. I would like to step up to load range D tires as my boat/trailer combo maxes out the tire load ratings. Can I purchase new galvanized wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern with the D-rated tires already mounted on them from you?

We can provide you with a tire and galvanized wheel separately, but currently do not offer a combination of galvanized wheel with load range D tire that meets your specifications. However, if you take the tire and wheel to a local tire shop, they will often mount them for a nominal fee.
For your wheel, I recommend the Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel, # AM20364. It has a weight capacity of 2,040 lbs and offers a galvanized finish to stop corrosion that might otherwise occur with marine use.
The tire I recommend for you is the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire, # AM10235. It carries a D load range, is 8-ply rated, and has a maximum load capacity of 2,040 lbs at 65 psi. I have included links to video reviews of both the wheel and tire for you.
