Will this Saris product accept Thru axle ? Or only Quick release skewer?

Saris Traps Fork-Block # SATRK34-BLK3 is designed to hold bikes with 9mm axles but not through axle bikes but we do have several truck bed bike racks that will accept through axle bikes, see link.

One of the more popular options is the Kuat Dirtbag # DRT15. I have included a link to a video of this product for you.

Just to make sure. My bike has a 6 bolt, Boost 110, 15 mm thru axle. Will this fit?

@JohnF I recommend going with the Swagman Impakt, part # S64703, along with its Boost sleeve, part # S64719. This one will definitely be able to accept your 15mm x 110mm fork.
