The Saris Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin # SA3015 isn't tested with other bike racks so I can't guarantee it will fit but I don't know that it wouldn't.
For another option the Hitch Lock # e98879 is also designed for hollow 1-1/4 inch shanks and will work for you. You could add the Quiet Hitch # RM-061-125. This will be used to wedge between the hitch receiver and bike rack to take up play and eliminate movement. I have also included a video on this product for you to look at.
