In order to haul a kayak and multiple bikes on your 2015 Jeep Patriot there are a few different options. The first option entails a roof mounted kayak and bike rack carrier. The second system entails a combination of a roof mounted kayak carrier and a trunk mounted bike rack carrier. This option will allow for a wider variety of bike racks in addition to an easier method of loading your equipment.

For the first option I recommend the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 and 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420. These crossbars will allow you to fix 1 kayak and two bikes on the roof of your vehicle as long as they are under the maximum rated capacity of 165 lbs. In addition to the crossbars, the Yakima JayLow part # Y04073 will allow you to position the kayak with space for additional bike racks. To carry the bikes you will want two of our Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack part # TH598004.

A better option more convenient to the user would entail the Thule WingBar Edge Roof Rack for Raised, Factory Side Rails parts # TH26FE and # TH69SC.
