Will this work with a 26inch Schwinn Meridian tricycle on an 2016 Coachmen Apex Nano 20, 4inch bumper?

If the 4 inch bumper on your Coachmen Apex Nano is steel and welded its whole length then you can use a bumper mount bike rack. But I recommend using the 4-bike version of the bumper rack, # S80600, because the 2-bike version just doesn't have enough space. This is pretty much the only rack that is going to work for your Schwinn Meridian trike. Make sure that the bumper is rated for weight carrying and that it has a capacity high enough for the combined weight of the rack and trike.
