Can 2-1/2 inch Hitch to 2 inch Hitch Adapter be Used in Towing Applications

In your opinion is it ok to use this sleeve to pull a travel trailor...2016 ram 2500

Yes, the Adapter Sleeve for Fastway and Diversi-Tech 2" Locking Ball Mounts # DTADP25-SS is designed for use in towing applications with the adjustable ball mounts so it will work when towing.
If you do not have a Diversitech or Fastway ball mount you instead would need the # C45405.
