Does the LED Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, Pro Series, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers - 98174LED work with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - 118526 or do I need to install a different wiring harness?

Yes, the LED Light Kit # 98174LED uses a standard 4-way trailer connector that will plug into any 4-way vehicle side connector. The # 118526 wiring harness will work perfectly with it on your 2013 Kia Sportage.
