The Replacement Sway-Control Bracket for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution # EQ95-01-5600 referenced in your question will includes just one bracket assembly. The L-bracket, L-pin with clip, inner and outer link plates and the necessary hardware will all be included. If you need to replace both brackets on your system, you will need to order two.
