Question:

2011 ZIEMAN S-1 single watercraft trailer hub grease seal & o-ring Im trying to find replacement parts for the above. The bearings are L44649. The grease seal doest have a part number. The O-ring is larger than the one that came with #BB60005 and sits on the outside not inside of the bearing seal. From my research, the seal is I.D. 1.375 x O.D. 1.987. Most likely made by NOK part # AB 1990E. Part #13194 is said to be a replacement but the metal part that sits on the hub is not as thick as the original seal. The seals that come with #BB60005 appear to be the same dimensions as the original seal. Would you happen to know what part number this O-ring and should i use #13194 for the seal or the one that came with BB60005? thanks for your help

If the existing grease seal on your trailer is in fact the NOK part # AB1990E that you referenced in your question, then I recommend using the Redline Grease Seal # 13194 as a replacement. This is a confirmed replacement for the NOK model and the difference in thickness you are noticing is simply due to the different manufacturers. This will not have an affect on the fit for the grease seal.

The grease seals that are included in the Bearing Buddy Spindle Grease Seal Set # BB60005 are designed to work with Bearing Buddy bearing protectors, so they will mount differently than the Redline Grease Seal. This is why the dimensions are different.
