Yes, replacement wiring harness # Y8880203 is the main, long wiring harness for Yakima Rack and Roll trailers. The shorter harness, which is used if adding the tongue extension, is # 8880161. And the rear lighting harness, should you need it, is # 8880162.

The Replacement Tongue Wiring Harness #Y8880203 is just the section of the wiring that runs down the main channel of the frame. There are also other harnesses that my contact said you would need to contact them directly to get.
