Is this wiring harness Y8880203 the entire wiring system for the Yakima trailer from the tongue to the tail lights?

The Replacement Tongue Wiring Harness # Y8880203 is just the section of the wiring that runs down the main channel of the frame. There are also other harnesses that my contact said you would need to contact them directly to get.
