can the timbren axle less suspension be ured on a office trailer or a modular trailer.

Expert Reply:
Yes, the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension system can be used on office trailers or modular trailers. There are large capacity models like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle w/ Brake Flange - 5,200 lbs # TASR5200S03 or the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01. These axles are to be mounted to a crossmember or use a 2 inch by 3 inch steel tube to run between them in the allocated spot.
They can be used in tandem/dual axle applications, but cannot be used in triple axle applications. This system will work very well on office or modular trailer applications.
For either capacity system, I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA. These are side specific and are labeled for which side.
For the hub and drum assemblies, I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K for the 5200 lb capacity system and the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" Diameter - 8 on 6-1/2 # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K for the 7,000 lb system. This system will use a different bolt pattern for the wheels.
