Question:
I am looking for a complete axle with a 4inch , leaf spring, 5500 lb., shackles, and electric brakes. The bolt pattern is not critical because this is a new build and I still need to buy rims.

Since you are building your trailer I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less system. This eliminates the need to add shackles and leaf springs and also need a specific length axle to fit your trailer. An axle-less system bolts right to the trailer frame.
We do not carry a 5,500-axle but you may want to go with a 7,000-lb system like part # TASR7KS01. This system comes with a brake flange and will work great with a hub and drum assembly like part # 42866UC3-EZ. This hub and drum is designed for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb axles and comes with the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, wheel bolts and lug nuts. This hub assembly has an 8 on 6-1/2 wheel bolt pattern.
The brakes I recommend for this assembly is part # 23-105 for the left hand(driver side), and part # 23-106 for the right hand(passenger side).
If you do not have the tires and wheels for the trailer I recommend a tire/wheel combo like part # TA83MR. This is an ST235/80R16 tire with a White Vesper Spoke wheel.
