Question:
Hi can you recommend a brake controller for my 2011 ford expedition after i install the ETBC7 kit?

Expert Reply:
Aftermarket brake controller installation in your 2011 Ford Expedition should not require the hardwired install kit # ETBC7 but it certainly could be used in this or almost any vehicle.
If your Expedition came from the factory with a 7-way all you need to install a controller - and I do recommend the Prodigy P2 # 90885 - is the quick-connect wiring adapter # 3035-P, which will plug in under the dash. The Prodigy P2 is among the most reliable and easiest-to-use brake controllers on the market.
If instead the Expedition had only a factory 4-pole harness you would also need part # 37185 and maybe some extra wire # 10-1-1 to reach back to the pigtail leads on 37185.
