Expert Reply:
For your 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 with factory 7-Way you can use 5th wheel/gooseneck wiring harness # C56071 for a 7-foot-long model or # C56001 for a 10-foot model.
For the rear 7-Way you can use 7-Way # PK11893 if the harness on the back of your 7-Way is the standard round US car connector. If it isn't then you would also need # PK11998 and would need to hardwire it in by function by testing the wires on the truck with a circuit tester such as # PTW2993. The functions of harness # PK11998 are:
Red - Left Turn and Stop
White - Ground
Blue - Electric Brakes
Green - Right Turn and Stop
Black - Battery
Brown - Running Lamps
Yellow - Backup Lamps
