What is the Difference Between Reese Custom 5th Wheel Brackets # RP56016-53 and # RP50026-58

Question:

Hi - I have a 2016 F350 cc long bed diesel. I need to install some rails for my older Reese 16k hitch. What is the difference between the RP50026-58 and 56016-53. They are both custom brackets. The 56016-53 is described as outboard but from pics the 50026-58 also looks like outboard. I see all 4 bolts go through frame bracket on 56016 but only 3 bolts on 50026. Any other differences as far as installation go. Thanks

These brackets are very similar and have very close instructions when it comes to install as well.

There is about a 5 inch difference in the location of where these brackets are installed and then when you get towards the end of the instructions there are a few difference like the torque specifications. Other than the size of the base rails, there really are no big differences.
