For your 8,000 lb axle hubs with oil bath, I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 8,000-lb Axles - 8 on 6-1/2 - Oil Bath, # 8-285-10UC3-A.
The brake assemblies I recommend to match the hubs are the Electric Trailer Brake with Dust Shield - Self-Adjusting - 12-1/4" - Left Hand - 8,000 lbs # AKEBRK-8L and # AKEBRK-8R for the right hand side. You may want the Brake Adjustment Spoon for Drum Brakes # W80630 for the initial adjustment, but these brakes with self-adjust after that.
If you want the dexter assemblies you mentioned, they are # 23-435 for the right hand and # 23-434 for the left hand. They are self-adjusting as well after the initial installation adjustment. If you want the dust shield for these assemblies it is # D036-115-20.
If you need the hardware for these assemblies you will want the bolt # 7-5, the lock washer # 38LW, and the nut # 38N.
