Do you know if this will work on the standard 7-wire plug for tractor trailers, not the RV plug

The Fastway 7-Way Trailer Connector Cover # FA82-00-3315 is designed to fit a standard 7-way trailer connector. The inner diameter measures about 1.57 inches which is a little larger than 1-9/16 inches.
