According to Roadmaster the EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-521424-4 is confirmed to fit the ARB bumper of your 2005 Jeep Wrangler. If you also need a compatible tow bar you can use the Roadmaster Falcon 2 # RM-520.
Other parts you may need to flat tow your TJ are safety cables, wiring for the lights, a supplemental braking system, and a high-low adapter.
To power the Jeep's lights the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 includes the diodes, wiring, and connectors you'll need. I've linked the installation on a 2007 Jeep for you.
For safety cables you can use # RM-643.
You also may need a supplemental braking system. The SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 is a favorite around here because of how reliable it is and it's easier to install than many other permanently installed systems. I've linked an install video of the DUO on a 2008 Wrangler Unlimited.
Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.
In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.
